          Description

A tire worthy of standing side by side with the legendary K60 Scout. The K60 Ranger is designed and developed to be the off-road cousin in the K60 family. This is not a Scout with different tread. Heidenau started from scratch with entirely new carcass and compound to maximize off-road performance and reliability.

The K60 Ranger's new tread design has dirt and big bikes in mind. While the open block design should keep the tread from loading-up in muddy conditions, the compound and carcass should keep the ride stable when you're back on the street. With features intended to give integrity to the side blocks, the K60 Ranger should be at home on single track or cruising down the highway.

First offered in the most common Enduro sizes, and later expanding to more options. If your rim requires an inner tube, a quality Heidenau inner tube can be safely used with any K60 Ranger.

Rated by Heidenau as a 30% street / 70% off-road tire, the new K60 Ranger sits next to the K60 Scout in Heidenau's lineup, offering a more off-road biased design to help adventure riders explore further into the backwoods with more confidence to tackle difficult terrain.

Note: MS = All-Season Tires with Mud and Snow Designation. If a tire has MS, M+S, M/S or M&S on it, then it meets the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) guidelines for a mud and snow tire.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect 50/50 tire Put a set on my F850GS in May and have put about 4000km on them over the last few months. I’ve had them in pretty much all conditions and overall, I’m extremely impressed. Amazing in the range of twisty pavement to unmaintained forest service roads, decent in mud and sand (no 50/50 tire is great in mud or sand), and they are wearing quite well. I expect about 7500km out of the rear and about double that out of the front. I will definitely be replacing with the same thing when it’s time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Grips geat but wears fast. Bought these for a trip up to dawson city from Vancouver, and to say these weren't totally done by the time we went from. Van to dawson is a under statement. In less then 5000km of ridding i was in need of a new rear. That being said. These handled pretty awesome. And the front lasted well over 10,000km

Rated 3 out of 5 by from less aggressive then I thought I've been use to more aggressive tire for soft dirt and I feel these one slippy while cornering. the shape is rounded instead of being square. It make them handle better when you inclined the bike. I don't need really aggressive tire but when you are use to something and you start using something else, you think you can do do the same as before... It could be scary when you realize it
