          Description

A tire worthy of standing side by side with the legendary K60 Scout, The K60 Ranger is designed and developed to be the off-road cousin in the K60 family. This is not a Scout with different tread. Heidenau started from scratch with entirely new carcass and compound to maximize off-road performance.

The K60 Ranger's new tread design has dirt and big bikes in mind. While the open block design should keep the tread from loading-up, the compound and carcass should keep the ride stable on the street. With features intended to lend integrity to side blocks, the K60 Ranger should be at home on single track or highway.

MS= All-Season Tires with Mud and Snow Designation. If a tire has MS, M+S, M/S or M&S on it, then it meets the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) guidelines for a mud and snow tire.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect 50/50 tire Put a set on my F850GS in May and have put about 4000km on them over the last few months. I’ve had them in pretty much all conditions and overall, I’m extremely impressed. Amazing in the range of twisty pavement to unmaintained forest service roads, decent in mud and sand (no 50/50 tire is great in mud or sand), and they are wearing quite well. I expect about 7500km out of the rear and about double that out of the front. I will definitely be replacing with the same thing when it’s time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from less aggressive then I thought I've been use to more aggressive tire for soft dirt and I feel these one slippy while cornering. the shape is rounded instead of being square. It make them handle better when you inclined the bike. I don't need really aggressive tire but when you are use to something and you start using something else, you think you can do do the same as before... It could be scary when you realize it

Yes , as per the manufacturer: If your rim requires an inner tube, a quality inner tube can be safely used with any K60 tire.
