Does a full face helmet fit "standing up"? What are the interior dimensions?
the interior dimensions are in LxWxH 53cm x 31.5cm x 43.5cm. You can comfortably hold two standard helmets on their side but a single helmet upright may just depend on your specific helmet height. YMMV

If I have a kappa top box on my bike already, will it sit properly on the existing base ?
If the Kappa Topcase you have is a Monolock Topcase, then this case will fit the existing base/rack.
