So far So Good
I put these on my K3 GSX-R 750 and they are performing well. no issues in the rain but they do need a little warm up if its chilly out I had them move around a little in 10 degree Celsius weather. Other than that they are sticky enough for me and I take them to full lean and I haven't had them slip under acceleration. I do not plan on any track days so I can not comment on that and I only have 1000 km's on them so I will update when I wear them out.

Super

Good tire for the price
I put a set of these on last year at the start of the season. I put 15k on them with the rear tire just starting to show some wear squaring off. Held up great in cooler weather(5°C) and rain and the hot weather. Grippy, didn't feel like the tire was going to come out from under me at all.

Questions
What is the E spec tire and how is it different from the regular spec tire
The E spec version is the OEM replacement tire for specific bikes. In this case, for the BMW K1300R 2009. If that is not the vehicle the tire is going on, you should select a non-spec version of the tire.
