Stability when maoeuvering
This is my 50th year of riding and have seen the evolution of tires. Just had BOTH Front and Rear Commander III Cruiser version installed on my 2015 900 Vulcan Classic LT. The most noticeable change is finally feeling that this fully kitted out cruiser is balanced. With the OEM Duncrap tires that are put on at the factory I always felt that when I was leaning into an angle or making any kind of sharp turn I was fighting the bike's weight. Never seemed that I could lean without the weight pushing or pulling the bike where I didn't want it to go. With these tires that is all gone. The smooth glide you experience is proof that the Duncrap tires were not tuned for this bike. Before this I had a Honda 750 Shadow Ace and Commander II tires which were great. The Commander III are better I think and probably because of the wider profile. Finally the feeling of peace when riding with a bit of 'sport' on the twisty roads and stability under any conditions.

Big Improvement
I have to say right off the top that the tires I replaced with the Commander lll's were notorious garbage, but the difference is huge. The bike turns in easily and holds it's line effortlessly in corners. Wet traction is vastly improved as well, although I haven't tried cornering like an idiot in driving rain and probably won't. I have the reinforced version and wondered how much of a battle it might be mounting them. Potential buyers can rest easy. It was a cake walk. Anyone with a warm tire and the right lube and spoons will be able to mount front and rear inside of ten minutes. There has been some whining about a hum or vibration from the Commander llll's. I do not have that but I was extra picky about balancing them. These tires do not have a dot on the sidewall and the reason is they're well balanced right from the factory. Added weights balance the rim. I can't speak to the longevity as I only have a couple of thousand km on them at this point. Fortnine did it's usual excellent job of getting the order right and getting it on it's way in a hurry. This a well organized company and the first sign of that was having the brains to hire Ryan and Aneesh for their YouTube channel. Fine work gentlemen! Keep it up.

Michelin Products are the best
I have had Michelin products on my cars and trucks and motorcycles for years. On my bikes I have been running the Commander 2 for many years had great mileage out of them and no problems. I hope the Commander 3 which I sure they will perform just as well or better.

Great tires!!
I bought these tires about a month and a half ago and I’ve been out on the highway with them and I am totally impressed with the way they handle going around corners and on wet surfaces.

Solid tires
It’s a bit early to tell, but they seem like durable quality tires. I somehow expected them to be a little softer, but I put them on in the fall so it was cooler outside. Firm ride. Didn’t really have a chance to test grip. Didn’t totally transform the bike over stock Dunlops, as I had hoped from reviews I was reading/watching.

Poor Wet Traction
I have been riding on this rear tire for the last 9000 km and recently had a scary experience in wet conditions. While maintaining speed (not accelerating) the tire broke loose on new wet asphalt. Two of my friends who also have Street Glides and the same rear tire have both experienced similar traction issues with this tire. None of us felt it was a hydroplane situation and none of us were in the center of the lane where oil collects. If you are considering this tire or already have it be careful in wet conditions.

Michelin Tires are best on car truck or motorcycle
I have bought Michelin Tires for my cars and bike for years. I have been now with the Commander 2 tires on my past bikes for over I think 25 years and always gotten great mileage and performance with out a problem. I looking forward to now seeing how the Commander 3 tires will perform.

Good tire. But its over 2 years old...
Nothing wrong with Michelin tire. I like the brand and how they perform. However this time fortnine sent me a 2 year old piepf rubber that's been sitting in a warehouse collecting dust. They sent me a link to some YouTube video that says it's as good as new. But I don't believe it. I paid a premium dollar for premium product.
So far the tire has been fine but fortnine will never see another dollar from me.

150/80B16 what does the B stand for? It is not on the tire when reading the size.
B stands for bias ply. Your tire recommendation may also have a dash before the rim size which would also indicate a bias ply tire. If there is a "R" before the rim size you would require a radial tire for your bike.

Why does if say reinforced for the 150/80/16 rear tire whats it suppose to mean
Reinforced tires have a higher load rating and are designed for heavier touring bikes.

My current tires on my 2000 Honda Shadow 750 ACE are 120\90-17. I do not see that size here, does anyone know what size would fit in lieu?
There is no size that will fit in lieu. Your rim is designed for 120/90-17 only. You can most likely obtain a Commander III front tire from an alternate dealer if FORTNINE does not stock the Commander III. Or, you can fit your Shadow with Commander II tires which I had on my 1998 Honda 750 ACE. Commander II was a superb tire for the Shadow. Excellent cornering and ride comfort and road adhesion was top rate. And FORTNINE probably still stocks Commander II. You can't go wrong if you opt for ordering Commander II from FORTNINE. You'll love the feel which is night and day compared to the stock Dunlops.
