Fantastic
Finally a cable luber that isn't a complete exercise in frustration. No leaks, and really lets you pressurize the cable to force out the bad.

Dosn't work on Harleys.
Dosn't work on my bike without taking out the tranny fluid and pipes off. 2002 heritage. It won't fit over the clutch lever end, have to go from the clutch end.

Not good for me
I generally like Motion Pro stuff, but this item is useless if you have bracket attached to the end of your cables, like the throttle cables on my Kawasaki ZG1000. I recommend stick with the standard type of cable lure.

Tried it for the first time
Lubing cables effectively still eludes me. I have this product and the prior version with two screws and I've not been able to get either to work. It's likely my lack of experience as I've tried twice, but I seem to manage to lube my entire bike, but not the cable. Your experience may vary. I hate both contraptions.

Keeps all the fluid pressurized in the Luber V3!
Bought this to use on my 2001 Honda CBR600 F4i clutch and (both) throttle cables. I've tried the funnel around cable method before and it's not quite effective compared to using this Luber V3 from Motion Pro. The special grommet that comes with this Luber V3 holds the cable in place quite well for lubing. If not placed or inserted correctly the Luber V3 will not do the job of lubing the cable effectively as the lubricant will simply leak out of the Luber V3. But once it's setup correctly it makes lubing any cable a breeze!

can this Work for cables with 10 mm OD housing?
This item will only work with control cables with 4mm to 8mm outer diameter housings.
