Nice seat
This is the third seat I have tried on my bike and should be my last. It is by far the most comfortable seat so far. I can ride all day without getting sore or finding myself moving around on the seat all the time. It feels firm when you first sit down but it seams to mold itself to you or something as it does not develope pressure points. I had to slightly bend the tongue on the front of the seat for it to slide on far enough to put the rear bolt in. No biggie, just took a slight adjustment to fit perfect. Highly recommended.

Best Seat Ever
I was using my stock seat riding from Grande Prairie, AB to Edmonton, AB and always came home with a sore LH shoulder and a butt that felt like it sat on plywood for 4 hours. Put on this Mustang seat and BOOM, no more sore shoulder and a butt that has been sitting on clouds of air. This seat rocks.

Great upgrade from the stock seat
Stock seat was unbearable, and this was a great improvement. Backrest pushes you forward a little bit when it is in, which fine because I only use it on longer trips. On short trips I don't take the backrest. Definitely recommend this seat, even with it being pretty pricey. Love the seat so much I have it on my Sportster and on my Softail!

What an improvement!
I bought the seat in late July 2019 and have just completed a 5,400 kms trip on this seat. My thoughts:
1) It took one day to "break it in" - This means it took me one long day to get used to it. It is different than the stock seat. On the first day I rode from Vancouver to Blue River, BC, about 800 kms. The backs of my thighs were a little uncomfortable.
2) I was never uncomfortable again!
3) The bike looks better and people commented specifically on the seat.
4) I like this seat ... a lot.

Very comfortable
I bought this as a replacement for my stock solo seat and wow what a difference. Can now ride for hours without any discomfort or numbness and it looks nice too.Because of the padding please note this will raise your ride height a bit. I'm 5'10" and I went from flat feet to tippy toe stops but overall not an annoyance. I got the seat on sale making for an amazing deal.

Very comfortable.
Researched seats for a while, and this is what my work led me to. Couldn't be happier, was super comfortable right outta the box and has only got better. If you're on the + side of 250lbs, I highly reccomend this seat.

I have a Le Pera solo seat, but it was difficult to find the hardware for mounting. I am wondering if this Mustang wide touring solo seat comes with the mounting kit for my 2002 Sportster? Thanks in advance for your help. Keith
DOn't know about a Sporty but my Fat Bob (Dyna) install was as easy as it could be. HD had holes in the fender so the mounting kit nuts fit right into and 2 bolts later it was done - 10 minutes to remove the old install the new.

I have a 2005 Heritage Softail and would like to know if the OEM passenger seat will attach to the Mustang Solo.
Yes, the Mustang Wide Touring Solo Seat would be able to be installed with the OEM passenger seat.

Will this seat fit a 99 fat boy and is the back rest able to removed easily or at all
Size should match up on mustang website with your bike.
The back rests are fairly easy to take on or off, just have to lineup properly .
Mine is on a 96 wide glide and I'm very happy with it.
