Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfort plus For me and my posterior, this seat is far superior to foam or gel pads in that the individual air cells mold to the pressure points of my boney anatomy. Ordinarily I start to squirm in the saddle after about 2 hours, but now I'm good for 5 or 6 before discomfort starts to rear its nasty head. Just make sure you inflate the seat, sit on it, and then bleed air out until you just feel the saddle underneath. Its counter intuitive, but maximum comfort is achieved this way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from a good seat cushion I have the original AirHawkr which had a premium neoprene bladder. When I ordered a second one a year later, they had replaced it (or discontinued the original) with one which was of lesser size, quality, comfort, and now uses a polyurethane bladder. I think some of the 5 star reviews are based on the original version which is definitely more comfortable than the current one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for those long rides - reduces rider fatigue Picked this air cushion up a few months ago, but only recently tried it on a long haul. It does what it claims - doubles riding time! Very portable - I didn't permanently mount on the seat and it stays secure to seat when riding. I got the large size for my Harley Ultra and it fits perfect even though they recommend the larger size. Best of all...it's easy on your junk!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from worth every penny This is my second airhawk R cruiser pad. Got tired of switching out all the time to my other bikes. Also take this on long plane flights for those hard seats. Deflates and rolls up in carry-on nicely and no gel for security to freak over. I recommend the R style for any bike even if it is to large for the seat. I purchased a designated airhawk dual sport pad but not impressed at all. Saving that one for passenger pillion. I can almost double my ride time with the R pad. The front cut- out also keeps my package happy which is important at age 63.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best yet I write this in the middle of a 10,000km trip. The air hawk in conjunction with a firm aftermarket saddle is the best you can get for comfort. Last year it was sheepskin on the seat, this is much better. Fill it with almost one breath, then while sitting on it let out small quantities of air over the course of riding. Parts of your butt will be touching the saddle when you find the perfect zone. Probably only half a breath in mine. Not saddle sore at all after 4000 km in 5 days.Small size fits an HD XR1200 perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved my butt I bought this at the start of last season because I have a broken tail bone and after riding my Yamaha Warrior for 30 minutes I had a lot of discomfort. The Airhawk R delayed that pain until the 2 hour mark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Great solution to seat woes, wish I had bought this years ago. The key to using the Airhawk is to start with a fair anount of air and while sitting on the bike open the valve slightly and release air until your butt bones are just about to touch the bike's seat. Then go for a ride and give it a try. Also your muscles need to time to adapt. If you have prostatitus, this is what you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enfin du confort! Après avoir payé pour la High seat de Triumph, après deux modifications auprès d'un artisan sellier, j'ai commandé, presque par dépit, ce coussin de selle de Airhawk. Avoir su! C'était le move à faire dès le départ !

I have a Softail Heritage Classic 2018, which seat pad size is recommended for it, small or large? Thx.

The best way to go is to measure the dimensions of your seat, and take the size according to the dimensions mentioned in the details.

I have a Goldwing 1800 and a Spyder RT. I know I need a large model for the driver seat but please confirm if a large fits the passenger seat comfortably for both bikes. Thanks.

I ordered one last night. How does it attach? I'm not clear on that. 2017 HD Sportster Roadster XL1200CX. The seat is simply too low for my 6'2" height and 24" inseam.

          Asked by: RedDogAlberta
The seat pad fits real easy , take the seat off the bike first ,the two straps adjust , set the pad on the seat were you sit , straps go on around underneath seat , done reinstall to bIke . Sounds like you need something more to rise the rear suspension on the bIke . The pad is for long trips and comfort , you cant inflate it to max to gain height . I am 6ft1 in 265lbs and my inseam is 32" or more with boots on ???

I have a Victory Cross Country Tour. Considering the Large Air Hawk R for passanger and driver seat. Will this item conform to the "bucket" of my driver seat or should I look at the smaller size and is the depth to the inside edge of the front curve?

          Asked by: Cowboy
I recently purchased the Large AirHawk R for my Harley Ultra Classic and it is the proper size, for the rider and would work well for the passenger. I'll make the assumption that it would fit well for your Victory. As for the measurement, I had the same question, but could not find an answer. So here it is: the depth measurement shown in the details is the overall size. When I measure from the back of the seat pad, going along the red line to the inside edge of the front curve, it comes to around 12 inches.
