Exceeded my expectations
I switched to Motul 7100 after changing first from mineral to semi-synth (also by Motul) then to full synth, as in the 7100 oil.
I immediately noticed much smoother operation, quieter, and easier shifts. I monitored my fuel economy, and it has improved +/- 15% after careful checking. Even greater performance when I get out to open roads, away from the city starts and stops.
I would highly recommend this product, both for the improvements in performance, and the reduced engine wear that is sure to accompany.
I'm riding a Honda VT750, 2003 with no mods - if you want to compare to your own experience.

This oil is recommended by a rider who had good results from a sample taken in for oil analysis.
I like that I can get this delivered to my post office which is closer than any other outlet. The price is slightly less from Fortnine as well.

Questions
Is Item # 60185 what I need for my 1982 Honda cb750f? Please advise
We cannot recommend oils for specific bikes. These items are listed universally by type, weight etc.
You would need to check your owner's manual for the type of oils you require. If you don't have the manual, some websites have listings such as:
