Product is decent but Cardo support is not good
I purchased a brand-new product that was defective out of the box and in order to resolve the problem, I was required to pay for shipping and wait approximately a week without my product.
When asked about this, support provided a response that I had no option other than to pay to return the product.
Reputable companies take full responsibility for new products that arrive defective and even off-brands selling through Amazon provide free returns under these circumstances.
This isn’t about the shipping cost, it’s about a lack of accountability. Cardo failed to take ownership of the issue and showed little regard for the customer experience.
While defects happen, the support provided to address this issue was very disappointing.
To top it off, the replacement appears to be a refurbished unit.
Based on my experience, I would purchase a Sena and would recommend others to do the same.

J’ai acheté ce dispositif de communication/système de son il y a 1 mois environ. Je l’ai fixé sur un LS2 challengée Carbon à l’aide de la bande auto-collante car le clip fourni n’était pas adapté à ce casque. La connexion au cellulaire est facile et instantanée, utilisation simple et intuitive. Pour le prix, le son est adéquat et assez fort, même sur l’autoroute. Je ne regrette pas mon achat et je recommande si vous chercher un système fiable et efficace a un prix abordable!

Very happy
I should have bought these sooner. Connects perfectly to my phone and has crystal clear sound. I only use this for music, so I haven’t tried using it in a group ride yet. It wasn’t technically compatible with my helmet, but I made it work by carving out some foam. Also, the battery life is very good.

Works great! Haven't figured out if it's possible to share music between the two and also be able to talk. Seems like it's one or the other. Customer service has been fantastic.

Good bang for buck!
Volume and sound on this entry level unit is great. I only use for solo riding. Phone calls are clear also. Installation was quick and easy. Battery life is good for 5+ hours with fairly loud music.
Dealing with F9 has been great. Prompt and timely delivery. Ryan F9 is a big reason I buy from F9. Keep the great vids coming!

Not so great
Bought it for the lady, I use an older Cardo SHO-1. We had problems pairing the 2, once paired I cannot start an intercom call with her, I can only answer if she calls. Sound quality of the mic is poor. Tried different placement, no success. She can hear me find but some times she wishes the volume would go up more. Theres is also a great latency, if we talk with the visor up i will hear her true the visor a good second before she comes in true the com system. Previously she was using a Freecom2 and we did not have any of these issues.

Does it fit the cradle of the Freecom4??
Can the dual-pack be used separately in a different ride connected with other people or does it work only for the pair together?
These will be 2 independent systems so they will connect with others aswell.
